Terms of Service

KurlBot ("KurlBot," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered sales and engagement layer for websites. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

We may offer software, APIs, widgets, documentation, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where practicable. Features described on our website are provided "as available" and may change over time.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the services.

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or bypass security or authentication;
• Use the services to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content, or to harass others;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law forbids this restriction;
• Use the services to build a competing product or to train unrelated machine learning models on our outputs without our written consent.

The services, our branding, and our content are owned by KurlBot or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the services.

Our services may integrate with third-party tools or sites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or content.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KURLBOT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

You will defend and indemnify KurlBot against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if we need to do so for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for disputes arising out of these Terms or the services, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
